The 4 C S
Although apparently colourless to the untrained eye, diamonds can to some degree possess a faint tint. Each diamond’s colour is graded using the internationally recognised Gemological Institute of America System. It ranges from D (colourless and very rare) through to Z (a light yellow brown).
