The Fig Tea Set is designed by Asprey and hand‑painted by master artisans at Herend, one of the world’s last workshops dedicated solely to fully hand‑painted porcelain.
Created on classic Herend forms, the design features a rich purple palette inspired by ripe figs, with colour that gently graduates from deep to light across each piece. Inside every teacup, a delicate illustration of fig seeds is subtly shaded with soft green tones that blend seamlessly into the white porcelain, adding depth and refinement. Each piece is finished with platinum detailing along the edges, as well as on the finials and handle accents.
The full service includes a teapot, cream jug, sugar bowl, six teacups with matching saucers, and six side plates- each one showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and elevating the ritual of drinking tea.
Enjoy complimentary secured shipping and signature gift packaging on all Asprey orders over £250. A £5 delivery charge applies to orders under £250. UK orders placed before 2 PM (UK time) qualify for next business day delivery. While we aim to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur.

The product you have selected contains materials covered by CITES, and if you wish to take delivery outside the UK, the above extended delivery time will apply. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of merchandise made from CITES listed animals from outside the United Kingdom.
The ‘Washington’ Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, more commonly known as CITES, aims to protect certain plants and animals by regulating and monitoring their international trade to prevent it reaching unsustainable levels.
