Asprey is pleased to introduce expedited next working day delivery within Greater London via our concierge service. A member of the Asprey team will deliver your order to you door.
This service is available to customers placing orders online or by phone/email to delivery addresses with London postcodes. This will show as a delivery option for qualifying addresses at checkout. The charge for the service is £20 and to guarantee next day delivery orders should be placed before 1.00pm GMT on a working day. Deliveries are made on the next working day, taking into account public holidays and weekends.
Please note that if you use this service we can only deliver to a named recipient and are not able to leave your order outside your home or other nominated place. We will be in touch before delivery to confirm an approximate delivery time to ensure you can make appropriate arrangements.
We are sending orders to the vast majority of locations. Because of the restrictions in place with our delivery partners and our own efforts to ensure a safe environment for our team, orders may take longer than usual to dispatch and be delivered, though we are doing our utmost to prevent delays.
With lockdown restrictions and other logistical challenges, our delivery guidelines may change at short notice, but please be assured that we will contact you should your order be affected by any restrictions. Asprey is committed to adhere to the strictest of WHO advice, and the protocols advised by local and international authorities. You can be assured that health and safety has our complete attention with additional measures developed to ensure the cleaning and hygiene protocols are following when handling all Asprey goods and packaging. In order that you may shop with peace of mind, we are pleased to extend our returns period for orders placed between now and Christmas (25 December). Returns of orders made will be accepted up to 31 January 2021.
Orders are typically delivered within 5 working days.
If you are ordering products covered by CITES to a country outside the UK, your order will be subject to extended delivery timings due to documentary requirements. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of merchandise made from CITES listed animals from outside the United Kingdom. For more on Asprey and CITES click here.
The courier should have left a delivery slip with a tracking number on it. Please telephone the number on the slip, quoting your tracking number to reschedule your delivery.

You can view your order status online and obtain the information to track your delivery. You can do this any time by logging in to your account.
Your order may have one of three possible statuses; In Processing, Dispatched or Cancelled. However, we can provide additional information at anytime by telephone or email.

For orders under £25,000 we use various courier services.
Please note this applies to delivery addresses in the United Kingdom only.
All parcels dispatched within the United Kingdom will be delivered Monday to Friday between 9.00am-5.30pm and will require a signature upon delivery. This however does not apply to Bank Holidays. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. In the event no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card for you to contact them and arrange a date for redelivery.
Any change of address will need to be made directly with us.
We always recommend that you provide us with a business address for deliveries, as there is always likely to be someone who can sign on your behalf.
Delivery to APO/BFPO and PO BOX addresses is not currently available.

Customs or handling charges that may be charged in the destination country are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these.
Any such charges will be required to be settled on receipt of the goods. Please note that since the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union on 1 January 2021, orders for delivery within the EU will become eligible for import duties.
We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any item that has been personalised.
Additionally, we regret we are unable to refund shipping costs.
