Product Description

Designed by Asprey, this Melon coffee set for six is beautifully crafted from the finest porcelain and hand-painted by master artisans at Herend, a centuries-old porcelain manufacturer and one of the last few of its kind. Designed to resemble a vibrant green cantaloupe melon, each piece features sculptural ribbed edges to emulate the fruit’s curved stripes, providing a pleasing texture. It’s hand-painted with polished 24ct gold accents around the rim and gradient orange shading inside the cups, revealing intricate seeds. The set includes a coffee pot, cream jug, sugar bowl, six cups, saucers and side plates.

ASPREY MOMENTS

Asprey has a long and established relationship with British royalty dating back to the 1800s when Queen Victoria awarded Asprey their first Royal Warrant in 1862 for dressing cases, travelling bags, and writing cases. Since 1862, Asprey has held a Royal Warrant for every British monarch to Queen Elizabeth.
