The Premier League trophy is one of the most recognisable awards on the globe. At a height of 104 cm and with a weight of 25.4kg, the trophy takes over seven-hundred hours of craftsmanship to complete—made using the highest quality sterling silver and silver gilt. With meticulous attention to the design brief, the trophy rests on a plinth that represents the field of play, made with semi-precious green malachite gemstone. The imperious crowns and lions are crafted with silver gilt to complete this unique design. Each year, this iconic trophy is returned to Asprey’s silversmiths for restoration and the hand-engraving of the season’s victorious team that season.
SPEED, PRECISION, AND GLORY
FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX
Formula 1 is one of the fastest-growing commercial sports on Earth. For the British and French GP races, Asprey was asked to provide the uniquely-designed Lenovo trophies for the podium—complementing the most iconic celebrations in the motorsports calendar. The aesthetic represents the sleek design language of the Lenovo brand, while the combined metal and carbon fibre finish pays homage to the materials used on the cars.
KICKING FOR A CAUSE
SOCCER AID FOR UNICEF
Asprey was commissioned by Soccer Aid for UNICEF to create the Perpetual Shield, match awards, and medals for the most celebrated charity football match in the world. The England and Soccer Aid World XI teams are composed of former professional athletes and celebrities, all raising money and battling to lift the shield. It takes two-hundred build hours and is crafted in sterling silver with silver gilt detailing, with previous winners including co-founder Robbie Williams, Usain Bolt, Roberto Carlos, Sir Mo Farah and Eric Cantona.
GOLF’S ULTIMATE PURSUIT OF GLORY
DP WORLD TOUR – THE RACE TO DUBAI
The Race to Dubai is a season-long competition to crown the DP World Tour’s number one player. Designed and crafted by Asprey in 2009, this eye-catching trophy takes six-hundred-and-fifty-hours of completion time, using the finest sterling silver and precious silver gilt. At the peak stands a hand-modelled figure of 19th century Englishman Harry Vardon, the world’s first touring professional golfer—a symbol for the champions who have since followed in his footsteps.
ULTIMATE ELEGANCE AND RACING EXCELLENCE
EPSOM DERBY STAKES
Asprey designed and sculpted this trophy in collaboration with artist Charlie Langton, one of the most sought after contemporary equine sculptors. The brief set by Investec was to produce a work of art that embodied the spirit of ‘Greatest Flat Race in the World’. The trophy’s silver and macassar ebony base represents the undulating contours of the track, with three silver galloping horses. Each year, the piece returns to the Asprey workshop for restoration and the hand-engraving of winners.

CHAMPION JUMP JOCKEY
A key tournament in the Jockeys’ Championship, the Jump Jockey event concludes with the bestowing of this silver gilt and sterling silver trophy. Standing at an impressive 50 cm and with a weight of 4.4kg, Asprey’s silversmiths spent a total of three-hundred craft hours on this piece and have subsequently engraved the name of every champion since. The characteristic hand-engraved silver gilt panel depicts Sir AP McCoy winning the 2010 Grand National.

WHERE BRUTE FORCE AND SKILL COLLIDE ON THE PITCH
GALLAGHER PREMIERSHIP RUGBY
The pinnacle of club sporting achievement in English rugby. Champions of the top-tier rugby union league are awarded with the Gallagher Premiership Rugby Trophy, designed and created by Asprey’s expert artisans over two-hundred-and-ten craft hours. Every curve and contour of this simple piece is created with utmost care and attention, made using the finest sterling silver and with the logo of league partners Gallagher hand-engraved onto the body.
The names of the proud Champions are engraved on the trophy's sterling silver plinth band at the end of each season—making this one of the most coveted awards in domestic sport.
WOMEN’S GOLF UNLEASHED
ARAMCO TEAM SERIES
Asprey are proud to have designed and created the Aramco Team Series trophy, made with a mix of sterling silver, carbon fibre and enamel. Inspired by the Aramco sustainability logo, this piece is notable for the four distinct fins that represent the four players in each team.
